Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Repticity website and the Repticity platform (the "Service"), operated by Repticity, 2071 Flatbush Ave, Suite 63, Brooklyn, NY 11234. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Repticity, that agreement governs your organization's use of the Service and controls over these terms where they conflict.

Repticity is concierge and visitor-management software for senior-living communities: visitor check-in with screening and badges, resident sign-out and return tracking, resident experience surveys, digital admissions with e-signature, work orders, staff tools, and reporting.

The Service is operational software. It is not an electronic health record system, it is not intended to store or manage medical records, and nothing in the Service constitutes clinical, medical, or legal advice.

Staff accounts are provisioned through the community you work for. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Use the Service only as authorized by your community and by these terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any law;
• attempt to access data belonging to another community, another user, or any account that is not yours;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to probe or circumvent its security measures;
• use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, or to collect information about others without authorization.

Communities own the data they and their visitors, residents, and staff enter into the Service. We process that data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, belongs to Repticity. These terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as intended.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repticity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms. A community may end its use of the Service as provided in its agreement with us.

If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
