Concierge and visitor management for senior-living communities
Repticity helps senior-living communities welcome visitors, stay connected with residents and their families, and run day-to-day operations — from front-desk check-in to resident experience surveys.
What Repticity does
Visitor check-in kiosk
Self-service check-in with visitor screening questions and printed badges, so front-desk staff always know who is in the building and why.
Resident sign-out & return
Record when residents sign out of the community and when they return, keeping staff aware of who is on and off campus.
Resident experience surveys
Short bedside surveys let staff capture resident feedback during regular rounds and follow up on concerns quickly.
Digital admissions
Admission paperwork completed digitally, with secure e-signature links delivered by email to residents and their designated contacts.
Work orders & operations
Log maintenance and operational work orders and track them from request through completion.
Reporting
Operational reports and dashboards that give community and organization leadership a clear view of daily activity.
Repticity is operational software for hospitality, front-desk, and resident-experience workflows. It is not an electronic health record system and does not provide clinical care or medical advice.
How it works
Someone arrives
A visitor, family member, contractor or staff member checks in at a lobby tablet. They answer whatever screening questions the community has configured, and a badge prints. The front desk always knows who is in the building and who they are there to see.
The visit is recorded
Check-in and check-out times, the person being visited, screening answers and signatures are all captured against the community's own records — so staff can answer 'who was here on Tuesday?' without a paper book.
Follow-up happens on its own
After a visit, the community can invite feedback by text. Low scores route straight to the right manager as a grievance or a work order instead of sitting in an inbox. Rounds and surveys with residents feed the same follow-up loop.

About the emails and text messages we send
Repticity sends email and SMS on behalf of the senior-living communities that use our platform. All messages are operational or transactional — we do not send marketing email, and we do not use purchased or third-party contact lists.
- Staff at customer communities receive operational notifications, scheduled reports, and account-related emails (such as sign-in and e-signature requests) for the community where they work.
- Residents and their designated family contacts receive visit confirmations, experience surveys, and admission or e-signature links — all as part of a service their community has engaged. Their contact details are provided to us by the community; we never source them elsewhere.
Opting out: reply STOP to any text message from Repticity to stop receiving SMS. To stop receiving email, or to ask about any message you received, contact us at info@repticitypro.com or 800-683-0129 and we will remove you promptly.
Bounces and complaints: we process bounce and complaint notifications automatically. An address that hard-bounces, or that reports a message as unwanted, is added to a permanent suppression list, and that list is checked before every message we send — so a suppressed address is never contacted again, by us or by any community on our platform. We monitor bounce and complaint rates continuously and send only to addresses supplied by the community that holds the relationship.
Sending domain: our mail is sent from repticitypro.com with DKIM and SPF configured for that domain.
Security and data handling
Communities trust us with information about the people who live in and visit their buildings, so isolation between customers is enforced in the database itself — not only in application code. Every record carries the community that owns it, and that boundary is applied to every query.
Data is hosted in the United States on Amazon Web Services. Traffic to and from the platform is encrypted in transit. Access to the application requires an individual account, and what each staff member can see is controlled by permissions their community administers.
Repticity is operational and hospitality software. It is not an electronic health record, and we do not ask communities to store clinical records in it.
